Farewell to Pak Ron Aston
On July 28, 2011 a gathering was held at the Bimasena Lounge to bid farewell to Pak Ron Aston, the President of the Indonesian Petroleum Association (IPA) who is leaving the country for his new assignment as the General Manager of Talisman Malaysia Limited.
Attended by IPA Board of Directors, IPA Committee Chairmen and all the IPA staff, the event was opened by the performance of TOTAL’s Choir – talented employees of TOTAL E&P INDONESIE which was followed by remarks from Pak Dipnala Tamzil, IPA Executive Director; Pak Ron Aston and his successor Pak Jim Taylor, General Manager of ConocoPhillips Indonesia and previously Vice President of the IPA.
Sincere appreciation is extended to Pak Ron Aston for his dedication, contribution and efforts in leading the IPA to become one of the most prominent energy associations in Indonesia. Good luck to Pak Ron and we wish you all the best in your new endeavours!
