2016 WORK PROGRAM
- Provide advocacy for relaxing the PTK 007 Book 2 revision 3 requirement, particularly on Contract Renegotiation / Early termination, Vendor Audit and Non Cost Recovery in the event vendor refuses to be audited.
- Provide feedbacks, inputs and advocacy to GoI stakeholders on the implementation of new Cabotage Law # 200/ 2016, especially proving local flag vessel availability only through tender process
- Continue advocacy for BI Law of IDR currency implementation PBI 17/2015:
- how it is best incorporated in the PTK 007 for clear compliance
- any issues or difficulties on the implementation
- Actively monitor progress and implication of the Customs audit findings related to VAT exemption for goods importation using Master List facility
- Provide advocacy and recommendation for improvement / streamlining process of asset write-off (FUPP)
Proces Improvement

Encourage PSC SCM top leader to be active in SIC meetings. BoD supports is required for this.

Select SCM Subject Matter Expert from PSC as SIC active members to coordinate the key issues being addressed.

Set up regular meeting for topic discussion and communications by Issuing newsletters to BoD and SCM leaders on key issues update.

Improve relationship with external stakeholders such SKK Migas, MIGAS, Customs, Ministry of Transportations, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Trade, as well as other related business associations (INSA; GAPENRI; etc.)
