The objective of this presentation is to share the experiences of Petromer Trend Corporation in their endeavor to implement the Indonesianization program. Several specific characteristics and policies carried out in their approach were influenced by the specific period of time, the location of their work and the priority given to specific jobs. These experiences were very suitable for Petromer Trend at that time as a small independent company, but may not always be suitable for others.
