In the Abadi gas field, offshore in Indonesia, capillary pressure measurement has been intensively conducted with centrifuge method for water saturation modeling along with other additional measurement such as porous plate or mercury injection. This paper addresses issues in centrifuge capillary pressure measurement and shows thorough data examination identifies the source of systematic error, narrowing down the uncertainty range.
