A two - phase well test analysis for water injection wells

This paper presents an interpretation method for water injection wells, in which the effect of two-phase flow (or saturation gradient in a reservoir) was considered.The interpretation system consists of a multicomposite model and an improved nonlinear regression algorithm.The interpretation results of synthetic and field data supported the practicality of the developed system and demonstrated the necessity of the consideration of two-phase flow effects.
