The title of this paper is Debottlenecking of the Uniform Complex by Flow Assurance Simulation to Increase Production Rates with the scope being to determine the important evidence of PHE ONWJ oil and gas production in 2016 related to the fluid flow system. The objective of this research is to provide a short term recommendation to solve the cause of bottlenecking on process topside facilities and pipelines specifically related to the Uniform complex. The methodology is using OLGA simulation software which utilizes the latest laboratorium result from UWJ fluid sampling data, including pressure mapping and flow rate. Based on simulation, calculation and analysis, it has several conclusions to solve debottlenecking at the Uniform complex area as follows : bubble regime is indicated in 12” MOL UWJ-B1C, incoming slug from UXA and ULA could not be handled by the existing V-003A UWA production separator, several pipelines in the Uniform complex are having inside diameter deduction, adequacy check of vessel available in UWA platform indicate that separator V-003A is able to handle both either UXA or ULA slug volume and separator V-003 is able to handle only slug from ULA, fluctuation of production from Uniform complex can be minimized by stabilizing back pressure in 12” UWJ-B1C MOL pipeline which impact to production gain from Uniform complex of 112 BOPD.
