The Jambaran Tiung Biru (JTB) Project is one of the National Strategic Projects (PSN) in energy sector which contribute in supporting the National Upstream Oil & Gas Production Target of 1MBOPD & 12 BSCFD by 2030. One of the milestone of JTB Project in 2022 is the transition from project phase to Operation phase. Thus Operation readiness becomes a critical path in the transition process. The Pre-Production Operation that belong to JTB Project have a responsible to prepare Operation Readiness Concerns. Aware with this there are fourth aspect of operation readiness. The First aspect is PEOPLE that related with Organization Structures competencies and culture. The Second aspect is PLANT that related with resources material spare part and contracts. The Third aspect is PROCESS for preparing and developing Work system work process and procedure that will be implemented during operation phase. Then the last one is REGULATION for performing Personal Licensed Equipment Licensed and Environment Licensed. The preparation process for Operation Readiness JTB started from 23 August 2017 until the end of 2023 in line with project milestone with purposes (1) ensure that the design planning and implementation in the development phase project have considered and included aspects of safety operability and maintainability (2) prepare and build a functioning field operations organization resources (material/ spare parts/tools) human resources and competency starting from the operator & technician level to the Superintendent level in accordance with the operation Organization requirements and (3) Developing/preparing systems work processes & Procedures required to operate the JTB Production Facility. The Operation Readiness preparation process carried out at the JTB project to ensure flawless handover toward sustain, safe and reliable operation.
