The complexity of oil and gas production facility construction projects, which often experience delays and cost overruns, is the main reason why the upstream oil and gas industry is seeking better, more effective, and efficient ways to manage its projects. Through one of the main strategic programs of SKK IOG 4.0 Transformation, namely the development of World Class Project Management (WCPM), it is expected to accelerate the conversion of resources into production, thus successfully achieving the Vision and Ambition of the upstream oil and gas industry's production target of 1 million barrels per day (BOPD) and 12 billion standard cubic feet per day (BSCFD) by 2030.
