PROVENANCE OF EAST SULAWESI AND BANGGAI SULA ZIRCONS – PRELIMINARY RESULT

This paper reports initial results of an ongoing
evaluation of the radiometric age and provenance of
rocks from Eastern Indonesia using heavy mineral
analysis and U-Pb zircon dating. Data reported here
are from 7 rock units (Figure 1):

2. Metamorphic rocks of the Mekongga Fm
Central/East Sulawesi
