ConocoPhillips Indonesia (COPI) will conduct all activities with a visible commitment to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) excellence. Accordingly COPI has set the foundation to sustain the best in class safety performance which includes Leadership visibility at all levels, HSE Management System (HSEMS) Championship, full scale of contractor engagement, comprehensive journey management and Process Safety Road Map.COPI Leaders at all levels play an important role in creating a culture in which HSE is valued through Business Partner Management HSE Meeting host by COPI President & GM, HSE Action Committee Meeting, HSE Excellence Assessment & Verification, HSE Annual Review, Site HSE Performance Review, Site HSEMS Champion Meeting and Supervisory Checklist, etc.We recognize that full scale contractor engagement is vital and has to be systematically managed. The key activities are, Site Contractor Forum, Joint Contractor Management Site Visit, etc.Motor Vehicle Incident (MVI) Reduction Program was also introduced to improve the Journey Management. The key programs include, administrative, technical, training and competency, technology, resulting 50 % MVI reduction from the previous years.COPI is also committed to process safety within the organization through the process safety roadmap which consists of Key Workforce Awareness and Training, Safety Case Development & Compliance, Performance Assurance and Verification of Safety Critical Element and Integrated Asset Risk Register. Since 2008, COPI Exploration and Production has been successfully sustaining World class Total Recordable Rate (TRR) at below 0.1 during high activity Offshore and Onshore operating environment which encompassed multiple drilling programs, exploration activities in frontier area and a tremendous logistics effort. We also achieve > 5 years with > 17 million man-hours ZERO LWC for employees.
